An acquaintance of mine recently accepted a temporary position in pursuit of a full-time opportunity. With a great deal of optimism, she explained that her plan is to continue searching for a position that more closely meets her interests. And with a newly revised resume (and most importantly, a well-organized search plan) she continues to maintain
focus to reach her Career Vision. During the tough times we're facing, I'm sure all of us recognize the significance of focusing on short and long term goals. It's not an easy path to follow, but now is the time to continue moving forward. With a strong suport team, and a well constructed plan of action, you should be able to maintain career focus during the difficult times ahead.

Or, does your resume simply provide a listing of your various job descriptions? Your resume should serve as a tool to communicate your "success stories." Most importantly, it should provide a clear message of what types of outcomes you're able to achieve....and
will be able to deliver... in a new work environment. Send me a copy of your resume, or
