Are You Living Your Success Story?

CAREER SUCCESS GUIDE
March 2009
Dear Jsidufh,

Are You Living Your Success Story?  Do you know how to live each day based on your priorities?  When things begin to get unmanageable and hectic for me, I find it useful to sit and write down everything (nothing is too big or too small) that requires my attention and focus.  After categorizing this list (personal, work, etc.), I take additional time to review what's important and should be labeled as "high priority." This process helps to get rid of a great deal of stress, as well as helps me stay focused and continue towards my own personal success story.

In a similar manner, the article below will help you discover four key steps that will help you lead a purposeful life....and continue to create chapters within your own personal success story.

Do you have a success story to share with Career Success Guide subcribers?  Since success is contagious,  send me your story so we can begin sharing the good news!

If the answer is yes to both questions, then you're on the right path."

Article: How to Direct Your Life

Last summer, I re-directed my life.

After my husband and I moved to Marina del Rey, I took time off from work to percolate. I attended Interior Design School. I did home projects...decorating, cooking, entertaining. (I painted most of the walls in our house and became quite a little handy woman in the process...FYI :))

Finally, wanting to feel more productive, I decided to get my masters degree in psychology and enrolled at Antioch University. Then I read a book called The Four Hour Work Week by Timothy Ferris and my life changed.
