| Dear Jsidufh,                                                                                                         I remember attending a time management training workshop, early in my career, and feeling as if there was nothing new for me to learn.  Due to the nature of my position, my manager
wisely signed her team up for a number of training sessions and conferences that focused
on project planning, time management, and goal setting.
Despite my initial lack of interest, I was completely engrossed in this particular time manage-ment session.  One of the most important things that we learned was the concept of the Most
Important Now, or MIN.  The trainer explained that, by using a well constructed time manage-
ment system, you are then able to focus on your Most Important Now.
In other words, you gain extra time in your day when you effectively manage both long and short term plans.  In this way you can then focus on what is most important at a single point in time.  Given all of the distractions we face (email, phone, internet, etc.), sometimes it's important just to attend to what you're doing...right here and now.                                                This month's article provides information about time management tips for professionals.  best wishes to your career success!Enjoy, and
