Hi Isodifj,
Happy holidays and sayonara to 2020! I don’t think we can look forward to a new year any more than this one. Although there are many things I have appreciated about 2020, including more time with my son Vaughn, partner Greg and dog Tucker, I’m ready to move on. Let’s take the positive from 2020 into the new year and leave the negative behind.
Make a list of the pros and cons, what you want to incorporate into your professional plan for the new year and what to leave behind. We’ve heard everything from, “I love working from home- how do I tell my boss I don’t ever want to come back into the office?” to, “I’m dragging, I want to go back to the office to get motivated again.” From our remotely-working home to yours, we are here for you with real advice and real results. Our content below will help you prepare for next year. | |

Career Coach Tip of the Month | Thinking about changing careers can seem like an overwhelming experience. The best way to start is to simply ask yourself "Why am I dissatisfied in my current role?" Identifying areas of dissatisfaction can often be insightful as to what you need in a new role and is a great way to start the process of career exploration.
